Cognizant Interview Process or Final interview Selection Process:

Cognizant Interview Process consists of the following 2 rounds like Technical Interview and HR Interview. Check once in below process about the Technical and HR.
  • Technical interview
    Interview Questions related to specific technical fields or your specialization streams are asked in this round. Questions may be based on specific knowledge about the company’s technical activities and understanding of the technical work required to be completed as part of the job applied for or may enquire candidates to solve actual technical problems that they would be likely to face if employed.
  • HR Interview
    This is the Final step of selecting a candidate as an employee is Interview as it helps to determine a candidate’s personality. Questions can be of a wide range starting from your introduction, Qualification, Experience, Industry specific experience, Courses are done, your strengths and weaknesses, salary expectations, friends, family and relocation details and  timing changes like shifts and more related to personnel on this interview

Document needed for CTS placement pattern:

This following list of Document must be scan and put tougher 2 or more copies for any background verification or Upload purpose of the document. After completion HR interview they sent a link and asked you to upload the following document for the background verification.

Students must carry the following documents for the Cognizant recruitment process:

  • 4 recent Passport size color photograph (both ears visible in light background).
  • 2 Resumes (maximum of 2 pages).
  • Students must carry 1 photocopy of their PAN Card, Aadhaar Card & passport (front & back page).
  • Original and 2 photocopies: a) 10th & 12th mark sheets
    b) Diploma all semester mark sheets & degree certificate (if applicable)
    c) UG all semester wise mark sheets
    d) UG Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate (if available)
    e) PG all semester wise mark sheets
    f) PG Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate (if available)
