Admission Counseling for Sponsored Category seats in M.Tech Programmes 2020-21-Information to Candidates: All the candidates who have applied are instructed to attend admission counseling for taking admission into various PG programmes in M.Tech 2020-21 under Sponsored Category.
JNTUA M.Tech Programme 2020-21 under Sponsored Category Admission Counseling Schedule
- Date of Admission Counseling : 05-03-2021 (Friday)
- Time : 11.00 AM – 1.00 PM
- Venue: Office of Director of Admissions, Administrative Building, JNTUA
Note:
- Reporting Time 10.30 AM for all specializations
- Candidates are instructed to read “ Information to candidates ” carefully before attending admission counseling
- Mere attending counseling shall not guarantee seat.
Information to Candidates
Admission Counseling will be held on 05-03-2021 at the office of The Director of Admissions, JNTUA, Ananthapuramu from 11 AM onwards. At the time of Counseling, the candidates have to submit the following original certificates:
- Degree certificate/ provisional certificate of qualifying examination
- CMM/ all Marks Memos pertaining to the qualifying examination
- Valid original GATE rank card (if applicable)
- APPGECET-2020 Rank card
- SSC certificate
- Transfer Certificate from the Institution in which the candidate has last studied
- Migration Certificate from the University in which the candidate has last studied (other than JNTUA, Ananthapuramu)
- NOC and Sponsorship certificate from the present employer in the prescribed proforma if not submitted along with the application
- Service and Salary certificates
- Study certificates from X class to the qualifying degree
- Self declaration form
- Candidates admitted under sponsored category are not eligible for any scholarship or fee reimbursement.
- Tuition Fee once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
NOTE:-
- Each selected candidate has to submit a Demand Draft for applicable amount towards first semester Tuition Fee drawn on any nationalized Bank in favour of Registrar, JNTUA, Ananthapuramu, payable at SBI, JNTUEC Branch Ananthapuramu.
- For M.Tech. Structural Engg., & M.Tech. Computer Aided Structural Engg at JNTUACEA, more number of candidates are called for counseling than the available number of seats. Seats will be allotted according to the merit order in these specializations. Mere calling for admission counseling does not guarantee admission.
