Osmania University ( OU ) 83rd Convocation – Scheduled on 31st October 2023
Date & Time: 31-10-2023, 2.00 PM
Venue: Tagore Auditorium, Osmania University Campus
Note: The candidates are advised to obtain the Convocation Badge at the office of the Controller of Examinations, O.U., from 28th October, 2023 to 30th October, 2023 between 11.00 AM and 3.00 PM.
Candidate’s Dress Code: Full White Formal Dress Only
Instructions to the Candidates:
- The Convocation starts at 2.00 PM, due to the security reasons all the candidates are informed to occupy their seats by 1.00 PM.
- Every candidate should carry the Invitation card and ID Badge.
- Children are not allowed.
- All the candidates must sit in their designated seats only as the students will be called faculty wise in the same order onto the stage for receiving certificates. Vehicles should be parked at the designated/allotted places only.
- No accompanying person is allowed with Ph.D. Candidates.
- Please stand up when the academic procession enters the auditorium and remain standing till the completion of the national anthem recitation and until the members of the procession take their seats on the dais.
- When the convocation is over, please remain standing in your place till the academic procession leaves the auditorium.
- Students should not leave the Hall until the programme is completed.
- Cell/Mobile phones and all electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in the auditorium.
- Further, Cell/Mobile deposit facility will not be provided at the venue.
