Kakatiya University is going to shut down all the colleges and University under Kakatiya University (KU) until 31st March to reduced the spared of Corona Virus 2020. But Indian government Again declare 21 days locked down from 25th March 2020 to 14th April 2020 to May 7th 2020. KU Measures for the prevention of spreading of COVID-19 – Declaration of Holidays to the Colleges

Kakatiya University(KU) : In pursuance of the decision taken by the State Government of Telangana and in reference to the communication received from the Secretary, University Grants Commission. New Delhi for the prevention spreading of Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19). I am desired by the Vice-Chancellor to issue the following instructions:

1. All the University/Constituent and Affiliated Colleges under the control of Kakatiya University shall remain closed till 31st March 2020. But due to high demand of COVID19 declare 21 days locked down from 25th March 2020 to 14th April 2020 to May 7th 2020. So Under the University affiliated and contracted Colleges are All Notifications and Exam dates are going to Rescheduled by the university once Covid effect is deceased until stay home and safe. However, the scheduled examinations (which are commenced already) are unaltered.

2. All the Seminars/Conferences and any other large gatherings on the University Campus are cancelled till 31° March 2020.

3. Biometric System of the recording of attendance of students, teachers and other staff members is to be discontinued till 31.03.2020 (instructions In this regard were already Issued.

This may please be brought to the notice of the staff and the students concerned.
